Joe's first published work (Laugh-In Magazine, 1969). 

Joe, an avid fan of "Laugh-In TV Show", subscribed to the limited publication of "Laugh-In Magazine".  Finding a kindred spirit, then 16-year old Joe wrote a letter to the magazine which published it as you see here.  The rest is history...
